Ships damaged items
I've made several orders, and they were all shipped with major damage and they refuse to replace or repair. Terrible, scammy customer service.

I have zero constructive criticism for a company that claims to "knows how to run an effective business". The complete opposition of the customer is always or even occasionally right. Laughable company- buyers beware.

Bad service
They came and did my bathroom and 3 leaks and ruined my kitchen ceiling. Tearing my closet wall out to fix one of the 3 leaks.
Sending a young lady to repair what they damaged and she ripped out a shop vacuum plug and blew the electric out of 2 rooms. So we had to pay a electrician to repair and cost us 850.50 witch they do not want to pay for.
This has been going on since Nov. My ceiling is still not fixed.

Back wall x2 are not wide enough
All is good, I shimmed the side walls to properly fit the back wall panels.when I set the base, I set it to the plywood and not the stud wall as shown in their diagram. By doing this the back wall panels were about an inch shy to properly cover the back wall. So take no short cuts and follow every diagram to the tee

Poor quality purchase.
When I purchased from bath depot I thought the quality would be good since its specialized and a bit more expensive. I was wrong!
I purchased my toilet, vanity and shower column from there and every single item had an issue. My toilet was difficult to install, didnt install like a regular toilet and they dont tell you that. The toilet seat sits on two big pegs and shifts around when you sit on it. The vanity had a chip out of it and someone tried to glue it back.
It wasnt a return because the box was sealed. The shower column is faulty. The pressure in the hand held was trickling and when we called the company they sent us the part. When we took the column down to change it, it required that we take apart the whole guys of the shower.
Im not a plumber and I dont know why they expected me to do something so complicated with very little instructions.
Now the column leaks and the water wont shut off so we have been without a shower for a week. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Customer service in Quebec was horrible very rude customer service representative didn't even give me a chance to talk and hung up on me said I had no choice but to take a store credit and that I could sell it on Kijiji.
Store manager in Ancaster Stephan Giankos was very helpful... admitted problems with their new POS.

My name is Tom Blackwood I was at your store this morning May 4th 20i8 I already purchased a bathroom and screen new Tops a few weeks ago. First of all the store is beautiful and it is spotless clean.
All the products in the store are placed so that the consumer can really see how it would look in there bathroom and it is very with it.
The manager is just fantastic he is so helpful and very knowable and very pleasant as well I also had the pleasure to have spoken to the rest of the staff and they are good as well. Keep up the great work we love your store Thank you.

Bad Experience
It's a good company to work for, but in Ontario they are doing really badly because of poor management and district manager. Owners need to know how to treat their employees.
I was doing the highest sales and the district manager yelled at me and fired me yesterday regardless of that due to favouritism. Even though I helped the store open last year on Sept 8 2014. If you apply here expect to work long hours with minimal days off.
They're employers really need to learn how to respect their employees if they want the company to be successful in Ontario. Very disappointed.
