I sent an e mail asking which hand soaps would fit into a pretty sleeve that I have had for about 2 years. I was told that those soap containers were discontinued as customers like new items, therefore, my sleeve would no longer be usable. She went on to say she was sorry that my transition was so difficult for me, are you kidding me? I will not buy another sleeve as it would be useless in the future. So I ordered 5 bottles of the Ultra Shea Cream lotions last week as christmas gifts. The original package was lost so a replacement order was issued. I received a confirmation and a cancellation within minutes of each other. Two of the lotions were suddenly "out of stock." I contacted customer service as I have been charged for 5 bottles but will only be receiving 3. I asked if there was a way to swap scents for something in stock, nope sorry... Read more

Candle burned black stinky smoke

Go every year to the $8.50 candle sale for hot buttered rum. Was told by manager that they were not allowed to put them out. Called corporate and she first they were out and when I told her that is not what manager said she said home store said they were not allowed to put them out. Sale says ALL 3 wicks $8.50. they list this customer.

I just called because the order I had placed (the first time online) was cancelled but money was still being held from my account (approximately $265). I was also continuing to receive email promotions for the items I had been told were unavailable. Just purchased a bunch of items on black friday for xmas gifts and ill be returning them tomorrow. I totally would not advis shopping at the bath and body works @ the viewmont mall location. An employee named LILY treated my 53 year old mother and I like a peice of petty garbage and started an argument with us in the middle of the busy store because she had to lift a finger to put an item back we decided we did not want, and apperantly that was... I wish they would bring back Sandalwood Rose. I was able to find some of the lotion and the body wash, but no oil or body spray!!!! If this company would look online, they would see the thousands of people who are upset by the discontinuation of this product. Instead, they keep coming out with *** scents. Like, how many pumpkin fragrances do you need in the fall??!!! There are so many disgusting scents there...fruity, sweet, boring. Why get rid... Read more

Went to bath and body works in Hazleton pa the lady was so rude wouldnt let us use two coupons on an order even though there was nothing on either of them that said you cant use in addition to another coupon

I like your products. They have been watered down. As soon as I like a product, it's been discontinued. The scents are now more similar to each other. I will not buy products with the plastic beads, bad for the ocean environment. Please remove the beads. But I do like your product.
