I spent around $700 on trees and supplies. Then I brought photos in seeking help with an issue the trees had.

I was recommended a product and provided use instructions. Later the next day, I noted my tree burned.

I called the nursery emailed as instructed. Owner called a couple days later and would not commit to replacing the trees if they died as a result of this product and how it was recommended to use.

  • Customer service post-sale is horrible

Preferred solution: A guarantee that the trees will be replaced if they die as a result of the product they recommended and due to its recommended use.

User's recommendation: Ask for guarantees and warranties and get the promise in writing or on record. If you shop there make sure you find out how they will PROMISE to help you if your plant dies for no apparent reason, or as a result of BAD ADVICE they prescribe.
