The Baskin-Robbins at Virginia or Boondall Im not sure of the exact suburb. Anyway I went in it was the store was very dark.
There was a man who was not at all friendly or helpful and quite scary really it didnt go with the whole colourful ice cream store vibe. I asked him for a small take-home packAnd the ice cream wasnt hard it was quite soft too soft and it was nowhere near the top of the take-home pack and he didnt weigh it and there was no way it weighed what it should have.
This was an incredibly Im pleasant and friendly dark scary experience. I will never go back there I dont understand how this man is running the store and the store is getting away with ripping off customers

Preferred solution: There’s not enough room to write what I would like to write. But from another store. I would like what I paid for ice cream that wasn’t half melted the correct amount and friendly service
