Ordered Oil on two occasions - delivery date confirmed both times. Failed to deliver both times - resulted in empty tank both times. 1st time took numerous texts to finally get delivery, delay in delivery caused problem that prevented burner from restarting. Repair promised next day. They didn't show and didn't respond to several more texts. Repair finally done after 4 days with NO HEAT. 2nd time they didn't deliver as promised. They didn't respond to a half dozen texts. Finally went to another company. NOTE: Be particularly careful when dealing with Ed Basile. IMO the man is a bit 'off'.

User's recommendation: So many reliable companies out there - why gamble with unreliable company like this?
