Ik ben vandaag na een lange tijd terug gaan fitnessen in de ladies only Basic-Fit te Borgerhout. Dit is voor mij de dichtstbijzijnde ladies only fitness maar jammer genoeg is het voor mij ook de enige ladies only fitness waar ik alleen maar problemen heb ervaren.

Dit kan ik toelichten met iets dat ik vandaag heb meegemaakt. Terwijl ik aan het fitnessen was op de onderste verdieping kwamen er opeens twee werkmannen onaangekondigd de ruimte binnen. Ik draag een hoofddoek, maar omdat ik fitness in een ladies only doe ik die uit en dus droeg ik vandaag een short. Ik voelde me heel oncomfortabel en overweldigd aangezien ik hier niet op gewaarschuwd werd door de twee werknemers Naima en Touria die vandaag aanwezig waren.

Ik kon hierdoor ook mijn training niet afmaken, wat het voor mij nog erger maakte. Nadien ben ik dit gaan melden aan de twee werknemers. Touria deed alsof ze me niet hoorde, terwijl Naima beweerde dat ze me niet zag en dat ze al de rest wel had gewaarschuwd voor de werkmannen die gingen komen. Vervolgens zei ik dat dit al vaker is gebeurd en dat ik toen ook niet gewaarschuwd werd.

Zonder verder antwoord of een verontschuldiging van een van beiden ben ik dan maar naar huis gegaan. Ik maak bijna nooit mee dat de werknemers hun werk goed doen en ik snap niet dat hier niets tegen wordt gedaan. Een ladies only fitness is er zodat vrouwen zich meer op hun gemak voelen maar dit is allesbehalve *** ik mij voel. In de voorbije twee jaar dat ik hier sport, zijn er al zo vaak mannen per ongeluk of zogezegd aangekondigd binnengekomen, wat natuurlijk niet hoort.

Maar ik snap vooral niet dat medewerkers Touria en Naima werken in zo'n bedrijf zonder dat ze überhaupt iets van hun plicht als werknemer voltooien. Nog nooit een lach of een vriendelijke blik heb ik ontvangen van hen.

Ik hoop dat jullie hier iets aan kunnen doen! Ik probeerde jullie ook al telefonisch te bereiken zonder resultaat.

Your conviction in court march 26 2024

Basic-Fit sentenced in court, dated March 26, 2024.

Reference Portalis DBWR-W-B7H-OYTU (French Ministry of Justice)//Reference RG 23/00726

The conviction relates to damages in the amount of 800, the company ignoring some of the provisions of the Civil Code on the protection of contracts among the most basic which are opposed, unless there are valid reasons, to the permanent removal of a customer (a return to school is necessary). These have still not been settled.

Basic-Fit might have cash flow problems?

Its catastrophic stock price would suggest so... Or better, the company would be seized by an irrepressible attack of I-don't-care...?

NO GOOD FAITH BUSINESS

THE LOWEST LEVEL OF CUSTOMER ORIENTATION EVER SEEN. Renewing the contract was an awful experience.

Don't trust the contracts they offer. Apparently, they are not binding for them.

They didn't renew my contract, which obliged me to subscribe to a one-year contract and pay subscription fees again.

They wouldn't take any more money from me if they didn't have such a competitive price. Does anyone know other low-cost gyms in Luxembourg?

Basic fit has once again proved to be a robbing no good gym only out for money on its quest to *** the consumer over.

You didnt let me into your gym one day then made it seem to me like my membership had been cancelled then decided to charge me for 4 months that i never set foot in your gym. when i spoke to your customer service you once again proved to be a gym that is only out for money telling me there can be nothing done to change this or nothing you wanted to do to help me.

I then thought i will give you another chance and once again you prove that your only out for monetary gain with a subscription fee that is complete bollocks cost nothing to process over the internet its free if you have wifi.

so actually your 9.99 deal for the month is only 9.99 if you trap people into a year contract, if you decided that you didnt want to sign up for a year well then well whack another joining fee on there even if you have been a loyal customer before.
