Hello how is possibile that i'm not using your services since 3 months almost and you are still sending me invoice to pay.
i had the option to end my subscription monthly so whenever i wasn't renovating the subscription should end immediately.
you can check my last payment has been done in September and also the login at the gym is on that month. So please stop sending me stuff to pay as i also don't live in the netherlands anymore.

Hello Basic- Fit,
I am writing regarding the outstanding balance of 219 on my Basic-Fit Luxembourg membership.
I purchased the membership for short-term use and did not intend to continue beyond the initial period. After my card payments failed, the membership remained active without suspension, and charges continued to accumulate without any effective notification or usage on my part.
I contest the accumulation of fees and penalties under these circumstances.
I did not use the gym during this period, in fact I went 6 times as notified on my app, and I was not clearly informed that failed payments would result in continued billing rather than automatic suspension or cancellation.
I am requesting that late fees and administrative penalties be removed, and that the balance be adjusted to reflect only the base membership period actually owed. I am willing to settle the adjusted amount immediately to close the account.
If this cannot be resolved amicably, I will pursue escalation through consumer protection channels in Luxembourg.

Door was closed before the tourniquet
- Door handle missing; I can't enter.
- Knock heard; door opened via tourniquet; intercom unresponsive.

Door handle was gone, and I could not come in. Somebody heard me knocking on the window and came to me through the tourniquet and opened the door.
Now we tried the intercom for assistance several times, but no one reacted.
I took the guy through the tourniquet. I do not want a fine for this when the assistance does not react.

They are just freaking bad company who break they're own rules , i have bought a premium monthly subscription , canceled it because i broke my leg , there was 4 weeks pay needed after i cancelled it , but now i see that i need to pay till 30/09/2026 .

Yesterday I trained in Rijswijk I forget my locker the a lady worker I first time see her come to me with speaking in shouting that I cant leave my bag hier then I told her to speak good not like this because you other collages dont speak and communicate like this then she told me Im not like other collages you can deal with other collages and then she come for me back with looking in angery way to check if return my bag this very rude and very baaaaa
