Although I purchased a while back for my husband to use as work jeans, he took the tags off only recently to begin using them. All three (3) pairs split out near the zipper (see photo below) in the same location within a couple of wearings.

This is obviously a design or manufacturing flaw. Of course now the local Kmart store has gone out of business so hard to return for refund!

I just want another jacket and can't find where to buy. If anyone knows plz let me know. Thanks

since k-mart closed down- where can you find basic editions jeans? they fit perfectly!?

Bought Basic Editions Jeans Relaxed Fit from K-mart and 2nd day they ripped at the back pocket line. The K-mart store in Lake Havasu City AZ is closing and they told me I cannot return item. Item tag says kmart 888689****02 RN 42000 Sears RN 15099

Where can we buy? I've looked on Kmart and Sears and it shows them, but says unavailable for delivery or pickup.

I've worn Basic Edition for decades. I miss the high waist, straight leg non-stretch jeans.

Have you totally quit making them?

If not, where can I get them. The new ones aren't for older women, Help!!!

I purchased 3 pairs of shorts one was a khaki color and the other two were navy blue size 3x. I only wore each of them once.

And after one wash all of them were discolored and got very thin. For my job last year we had to wear uniforms and our uniforms were a white shirt or navy blue shirt and navy blue and khaki shorts.

I am working for the same company this year and I need the same uniform again.

I am requesting that you send me some shorts Khaki and Navy Blue in a size 3X at no charge to me due to the inconveince and the fact that I could only wear them once.

I have this purse less than 3 months and the shoulder strap is falling apart the binding is coming off and pinch marks im the strap i am very. Dissappointed in this purseit was a waste of my money

I want to know why they have discontinued Basic Editions Women's Dakota Navy Skimmer slip on shoes. I have been trying to get these shoes for months they are the only shoes I wear and now i'm being told they have been discontinued what is going on why would you do this to your customers who love these shoes.

The only place I was able to get them was K-mart but now we no longer have one in our area so I tried to buy them on line but can't find them. I usually buy 4 to 5 pairs at a time but now I am not able to find them.

I always purchased Basic Edition legging in Misses Small. I usually bought 15 pairs of the below knee length and about 15 pairs of the ankle length every 9 months to a year.

Just purchased 5 ankle leg black and two knee lenght. Legs are cut more narrow and slightly longer and fabric a little different than my other pairs. Realized the difference is this batch is made in Egypt whereas the previous ones were made in Vietnam.

Returning all so disappointed. Will need to find another brand.

I have over 20 shorts and pants possibly 8-10 from basic editions. I love the materials used in both and the color selections, but I hate the fit.

I believe I am average weight 168 and height 5ft 6inches but the large shorts and pants have a terrible fit. That's why I quit buying the pants even though I like the color selection. The waist is at least one waistband folded over.

Instead of being right at your waist it is 2 inches away from my bra. Otherwise, the crotch of the pants is too low, and the shorts are a little better, but maybe you need an average large manikin to fit your clothing line to better.
