Basic Access is the new name of horrible Basic Internet
- - Basic Access (formerly Basic Internet) has poor customer service and communication.
- - It used to resell T-Mobile and now seems to resell AT&T.
Just to be clear for anyone thinking of going with Basic Access, this company was formerly known as Basic Internet and it's a bad company - horrible customer service, horrible communication. They used to be a reseller for T-Mobile, but now they seem to resell AT&T.
Do yourself a favor and find another company (maybe T-Mobile itself, maybe 4GCommunity.org), anyone but them. In any case, search pissedconsumer.com for reviews of Basic Internet. That will give you an idea of what you will be getting into if you do business with Basic Access.
It is the exact same company with a slight name change. You have been warned.

4gCommunity.org just announced they are shutting down at the end of November 2017.
The plans on basicaccess.com are now using AT & T as the service provider. There is still a T-Mobile 6 GB monthly plan for $30 available on the website.
Note that the AT & T plans will cut off access if you exceed the data limit. The T-Mobile plan will throttle down the speed if you exceed the data limit.
