Bashian Rugs - Bashian Versailles Ganges Black Rug Review from Florence, South Carolina
Ordered Bashian Rug approx 2 years ago. From day one excessive shedding. Was told vacuum more often. As of today rug still shedding black (rug is black) fibers and now white fibers. Problem so bad i can not put my grandson on rug to crawl. His clothes are full of black fibers. I called customer service. Spoke with Kelly Singh. Said to call where i bought it from that it was not Bashians problem. Texted Shop NBC said it was Bashians problem. Texted Kelly Singh back. Asked who is responsible for quality of rug. No response. Worst customer service on the planet.
