Have to wait for over 30 minutes to get someone from our company BASF to answer me.
This happens to me every year when I call to get the right info for employees benefits. I always call the benefits department for help as one year I didn't call the department for Account Reimbursement and the phone and location had moved so it delayed me by 2 weeks.
Please have someone answer your old employees when we need help.
I gave 43 years to this company and it is redicklious for me to wait so long each time I call for simple information.
By the way I cant also beleive you use vulgar words on your form. I am talking about your word Pissed below.
