Basement Waterproofing Specialists were amazing. They charged me $3,700 when 2 other companies wanted over $7,000 for unnecessary repairs and my basement has been dry ever since their repair and the crew couldn't of been any nicer!

They are an amazing caring company

I had a flood in my basement and when they came out they didn't try to sell me anything like 3 other companies did. they found the problem which was a broken pipe and fixed it cheap !

they were so honest! $1,250.00 that was it. Everyone else wanted $7,000 to $8,000. for a french drain system around the entire basement.

I didn't know too much about construction but didn't have the money to even install the french drains. I didn't understand why I never got water before but all of a sudden got the basement flooded.

Basement Waterproofing Specialists showed me where my pipe was leaking, which made sense. They fixed it with minimal time down and cleaned up the water and mold and the smell is gone!

My mold removal horror story!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

My basement walls were covered with mold spores, my husband and I checked out a few companies and decided on basement waterproofing. There was a sample of the finished product.

We were very clear about their process. and what we should expect. Dean the salesman showed us before and after pictures of what we should expect. The promise does not match the results.

Dean the salesman isn't returning my calls. We had to have them redo 75% of the walls. My floors were damaged with cement they spilled and l took pictures of the unsatisfactory work. It took us a week to try to clean up the mess they promised to take care of.

They used our broom and ruined it, our laundry room sink had dried cement in it. They asked us to evaluate their work but they seems to have changed their minds, its been about a month since Basement waterproofing were here.

A Basement Waterproofing Specaialists Complaint

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

After almost 4 years of our basement constantly getting wet and disgustingly slimy every time it would rain, I convinced my husband to finally get waterproofing done.

We called 3 companies we found online. Two of them had very medicoore reviews, and after talking to them (even though one had a really low price), we decided to go with Basement Waterproofing Specialists because they had incredible reviews on Google and Facebook and a few other places.

The two salesmen that showed up were really nice and took a lot of time to explain everything to us. They came in toward the upper end of prices, but given their reputation, we decided to take a chance.

We were thrilled with the work. Our basement is as dry as a bone, even though we've had 3 pretty huge rain storms and some snow.

No more ickyness, and it's never dank down there.

My only complaint about them is that now that it's dry, my husband built an entertainment center in the cellar and i hardly see him anymore!

Seriously, if you have a problem in your cellar, call them. They did a great job for us.

Basement Waterproofing Specialists Review

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

We called this company a few months ago when our crawl space flooding got to be too much to stand. It was happening for awhile, every time it rained, even a little.

But, early in the fall, we got hit with a few days of rain and the whole space flooded out. It ruined some stuff we had stored, but the worst was that it was starting to make cracks in our foundation.

We found basement waterproofing specialists through a friend of our neighbor. They had a good experience, so we decided to give them a shot.

The salesmen were very nice, respectful of our home and dogs. The crew worked hard and got the whole thing done pretty quickly. They also cleaned up really well.

Best part is that we haven't had any water or wetness at all in the crawlspace since then, even through a few rain storms.

Basement Waterproofing Specialists, Collegeville PA won't leave me alone!

I own a house built in 1925. The basement leaks, due to the 1925 building technology, but does not flood. I have a sump pump in my basement that does a good job. Aside from my furnace and oil tank, there is nothing valuable down there. Out of curiosity, I called Basement Waterproofing Specialists for a free review of my options for waterproofing my basement. The two guys that came out were very nice, decent, friendly people who looked at my situation and gave me an estimate. Considering there is no real use of my basement, whether it is 100% waterproof or not, I decided their estimate of $16,000 was not the way I wanted to go.

For the past 40 days or so, this company has called me again and again, sometimes three times a day with their sales pitch. I NEVER answered their calls even once and yet they continue to harass me by calling me every day for the past 40 days (weekends excluded). I texted them asking them to stop calling me. Yet the next day they called again. I am now threatening them with hiring a lawyer and suing them because of their blatant harassment and yet they continue to contact me. Today, out of total frustration, I finally blocked them on my phone. They refuse to take "NO thank you" as a final answer. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau after I send this review. They will NOT leave me alone even after I texted them on numerous occasions and told them I was not interested in their services.

As I mentioned prior, the two guys who came out to my house seemed liked good decent, honest people and they looked at my basement and presented me with my options and made suggestions. There was no real high pressure sales pitch involved. Our meeting was informal and I felt comfortable with their visit and their recommendations. The issue is what happened afterwards when their bosses started calling me and refused to accept my "NO thanks" text back to them. For the past 40 days they have phoned me every day (except for weekends) over and over, sometimes twice a day. I texted -- TWICE-- with a "NO thanks and please stop calling me " message and they called again the next day. Honestly, I want to get the home phone number of the boss(es) who keeps calling me every day for the past 40 days and I want to call him on a daily basis for a month or two and bombard him with calls and see how he likes this type of treatment. If you let this company into your house you better be prepared to go through with them waterproofing your basement. Otherwise, you will be harassed like I am currently being harassed. They will NOT take "NO thanks" as the final answer.

You're reviewing phone calls? Seriously? This is not an honest review of a company's service.

Maybe you should have just pickup the phone and say you're not interested in doing the work instead of ducking the calls. Just saying.

Hi Gary, Thank you for your kind words about our employees. You are correct.

They do excellent work! I am a little confused about your story however. The same gentlemen you really liked only text you once. I have the transcript here.

It reads “Hi Gary, this is Addam with Basement Waterproofing Specialists. Eric from Admiral Bank has been trying to reach you. Could you please give me a call so I can get an update from you? Thank you!

(Followed by his phone number) of which you replied “Who r u?” of which Addam replied reminding you again of who he was, the free estimate he provided you and from which of the companies you had estimates from. Then he stated he called you instantly after his text and spoke with you. Of you which you stated that your financing was turned down from the bank due to your poor credit scores. Your signed contract was then filed away upon that information.

A courtesy call from Dominic was made to follow up with you. Any other calls would have been from Eric at Admirals Bank. We keep meticulous record of our calls and have special software programs that count and check everything. In total, you were called 3 or 4 times, each by a different person with a different message for you.

Also, you perhaps tried to send text messages to a land line phone (1-800 number) of which of course, land line phones could not accept text messages in anyway. Please feel free to contact me with any evidence you have to suggest otherwise.

Threatening to sue an organization and leaving statements of defamation across all of the review websites appears to be an excessive approach to your concern. Especially threatening to harass employees of our company.

Nonetheless, my personal cell phone number is 215-237-**** and you can feel free to call me any time.

We would hope you understand the dynamics of this. Just like your students have rated you on “Ratemyproffessor.com” with comments like “Likes to humiliate students in front of the entire class”, “He’s a horrible person”, “Worst professor I’ve ever had”, “The only teacher I couldn’t get along with” and “Has the worst attitude”.

We would imagine you would understand reviews based on facts. Regards, Damian Riccitelli
