Purchased products for my son

Purchased a glove and a glove insert. When received, the glove has no chance of fitting into the bag that they sent. When I contacted baseball monkey, I got several weeks of no responses, and then they forward me a BS response from the company that sells them the insert and bag. Instead of just saying they don't make a bag big enough for the glove, they tried to tell me I was an idiot, and that the glove should fit easily. And then the glove treatments that they send with the insert, we're both sliced open before they were ever even put into the bag with the insert. Don't expect a lot of Service to go with the low prices. Better off Just buying from somebody else.

The plastic end broke off of the Demarini bay I bought my grandson! Nobody will contact me about a warranty or anything!

Poor customer service

Their communication about orders is terrible. If you do not make an order through an account you set up, they will not give you the full details. I made an order without setting up an account. The order was cancelled because my billing address and shipping address did not match up. They said they sent me an email about this, that i needed to verify my address. The only email i got was an email that said there is an update to your order (not that it was cancelled) and that i needed to log into my account to see the update. Since i had no account, i could not see the update. I asked them to place my order again with expedited shipping since i needed it at a certain date, and they would not waive the detla charge on the expedite fee. I was happy to pay the original purchase price plus original shipping, but not the expedite fee on what i see as a lack of communication on their side. Poor communication and no empathy from their customer service.

Signature requirement for delivery

Bought a bat for my daughter, to be delivered to her at college. Little did I know Baseball Monkey put a 21 or over signature requirement on the bat. Shes not 21 and when someone else who is 21attemapted to sign, they would not allow it because it was not my daughter. Would up returning the bat and purchasing elsewhere without the restrictive signature requirement. Called customer service to see if they could lower the restriction and they refused, essentially making it impossible for my daughter to get the bat.

Order Not Shipped -- No Answer from Customer Service Email or Phone

I placed an order on July 28, 2019. The company represents that orders will ship within two days. Ten days later, the online information indicates only that the order is still "processing." I phoned & emailed the customer service department. No one is answering the phone during regular business hours, and no one responded to the email I sent three days ago.

Return = store credit only

I ordered 2 helmets to match my current baseball teams gear. when they arrived they are different so I called immediately to ask to return. The ONLY return option is store credit "since these were discounted items". So even if they put something on Sale 1 cent (which was still considerably more than other stores but showed they had them in stock), YOU CAN'T RETURN THEM. In today's world there that revolves around customer service I think this is a major mistake. I can tell you this is the first and last time that I will ever shop on this site. I'd rather purchase my entire team new helmets than order from a company with a horrible attitude in customer service.

I purchased a bat for my son through you guys and it broke, someone from baseball monkey stated I had to call Louisville slugger for a return. A rep from Louisville states we have to get a return from place of purchase.
