Paid twice for shoes
Its impossible to speak or contact anyone from base London, Im really annoyed the fact they asked for a second payment which I paid straight away not thinking Ive already paid the £67.49. Base London delivered my goods within days of me ordering which I call excellent service but have let themselves down massively with no customer service. Diane Deponeo.
