Because Bartons ignore any communication the matter has now been referred to Queensland Tribunal.

The car advertised was not the car that was shipped. Modifications made it illegal, and no mention of these were advised to us. No response to detailed emails. Totally ignored. Now having to pursue in court as contravenes Consumer Guarantee. Beware bad business practices at Bartons

Bartons Motor Group - No customer service
Purchased a used vehicle from the Capalaba dealership, the sales person made a lot of promises but didn't deliver. Make sure you have everything in writing and you triple check any accessories you are getting fitted. Sent them a photo of exactly what was required but they fitted a totally different product they we cannot use. Once deposit is made, they want nothing to do with you. Promised the vehicle would be delivered in one week after several phone calls and emails three weeks later we finally get the vehicle. Very disappointed, will not use this dealership again.

Hi there I have are big problem with holdan at capalaba as they have turned my life upside down due to giving me false information in regards to my air bag recall now I have sent then 7 emails and tried calling them but they don't wont to admit that I wastold false information now I had my car booked in befor the tmr deadline when I picked my car up I was told that everything has be done and I was marked of the tmr list well I was lied to and 2 days later my car was diredgested because of this FAULSE INFORMATION I have lost my job as I had no way of getting to the other side of town my job was really good with be patient but had no choice to let me go not to mention I have lost my house and leaving back with my dad and back on centerlink getting 600 are fortnight when I was getting 1200 are week my life has been turned upside down and left me surfing from depression and anxiety and on medication that I have never needed til now now I am getting ignored and made to suffer for this i am contacting the ombudsman and taking this to court as the information that was ment to be told to me was to take the form to qld transport straight away so they have are copy and was told that holdan should of emailed them as wel and they didn't Tuesday coming my car is getting repressed as I am paying for are car that I carnt drive now please tell me that this is *** but I am finding very hard and not getting anywhere and suffering everyday because of this I have proof I am back at my dads I have lost my job and on medication now If I take this to court I wil be sueing them as they can pay for everything I have lost and the pain and suffering over this the longer I don't get are response al get it sorted the more its going to make holdan look like *** this is my email to them and also send u the copy of the form they gave me wat I was ment to be told to do with it ok thank u

THANKS TO HOLDEN MY CAR WAS UNREGISTERED ARE DAY AFTER MY Ai R BAG RECALL WAS PROFOUND I HAVE NOW BEEN Without ARE CAR FOR 3 MONTHS AS I PICKED MY CAR UP I WAS TOLD THAT EVERY THING WITH QLD TRANSPORT WAS MARKED OF THE BOOKS AS DONE I ASKED IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO DO AND THE GUY SAID NO THIS HAS NOW PUT ME Without ARE JOB AND IN FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES NOW I AM STRUGGLING WITH EVERYDAY LIFE Without NO JOB AND NO CAR QLD TRANSPORT HAS REQUESTED THAT I TAKE THIS FURTHER AS HOLDEN IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS AS I GOT TOLD FALSE INFORMATION THAT HAS LEAD TO NO CAR NO JOB NOT TO MENTION NOW I AM PAYING FOR ARE CAR I can not use SO HOPE WHO EVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS I WILL GET THIS SORTED AS THIS HAS NOW DESTROYED ME AND GOING THROUGH DEPRESSION It's NOT RIGHT AND U WILL BE CONTACTED BUY TRIBUNAL ON THIS SO I CAN GET MY CAR BACK ON THE ROAD AS NO ONE WANTS TO FIX IT SO I WILL MAKE SURE IT DOSE 163 VYD this email i have sent now 6 times and stil have got no response next will be I see use in court.
