I ordered 2 barstools in September 2012, have yet to receive either barstools or refund! have not even heard from them in 4 months!
I have emailed and called literally dozens of times. They used to say "we will look into it", but now I can't even get them on the phone and no answer to my emails. This company is extremely unreliable and uncooperative! If anyone wants to buy from them, please don't!
you will be very disappointed!
I would have been fine with a refund, but apparently they will not even offer that. I fanyone has had any luck contacting them, please post!
I cancelled my order on December 2012 and have not receeived the money back
Last year 2012 on November, I ordered two swivel stools. Order no.
is 718-3****.Because I have not heard back about my parts in about one month, I cancelled the order in December 2012. Since then I tried to get my money back, I e-mailed them, left phone messages, but nothing happened. Barstool Super Center Complaint
I ordered 4 stools in September 2012. They have not been delivered as of February 2013.
I have called, emailed and left messages on several occasions and have not heard back from anyone since November of 2012. They have my money and I have no stools. I also tried to cancel the order but no-one has gotten back to me. I will report this firm to the BBB.
In all my online shopping I have never had this happen. Such a dissapointment. Michelle is the only representative that at first responded to my inquiries.
But even now she is no longer answering her voicemail.

I ordered 3 stools in Aug 2012. By Oct 2012 I began calling about my order.
No one there was able to give me any info on my order. Same story every time. Supervisor will have to look into it (never there when I call). By Nov 2012 I was out of patience and asked to cancel the order.
Was told it would be $10 cancellation fee and would take up to 21 days for refund (they charge when you order, not when your order ships like most companies). 47 days later, no refund. Today they gave me the usual run around story. Billing people are never available either though they said I could ask for billing dept.
So I said I had no recourse but to sue them. The person said are you threatening me.
No, its just a fact I will be sending a letter to that effect and absolutely will file against them. DO NOT ORDER from this rip-off company!

I have been trying for eight weeks to get my refund for a bar stool sent back. They just keep saying we will look in to it .They never get back to me.All I get is computer generated responces we are still looking into your situation .Try calling on phone you get I have to give this to another person or the person who takes care of that is gone.You also have to pay your self to ship back and they chage a restocking fee. Do not buy from them you wont get your money back at all

I called prior to an order for bar stools and was told the stools were in stock and would ship the next Monday. I gave them my credit card and it was charged immediately.
The web site says that they had been shipped. 2 weeks goes by and the web site says order pending fulfillment but still says shipped. I call them and they tell me the web sites says it takes two weeks. 4 weeks goes by and the person tells me she will get back to me (she was very nice) over the phone.
6 weeks goes by still no phone call or email and no bar stools. I email and she still doesn't have a delivery date and can't give me one. I said ok just cancel my order. Then I was charged $0 for cancellation ok, them I'm told it take 21 days to get my money back.
Now I'm really pissed. I am a merchant it doesn't take 21 days to credit a credit card. They had my money for 6 weeks and now they want to hold it 3 weeks more. They lied, took my money and are jerking me around on my refund.
I would go somewhere else. Also the same stools were $22 less at Sears.
Barstool Super Center -warning, don't buy!
I bought a $189 barstool from this online store, Barstool Super Center, in June. They charged my credit card, but did not deliver the product. It has became a voicemail and email nightmare. They kept stalling, saying they would "look into it." Example: "I apologize you have not been updated on the status of your order. I will contact the manufacturer and see if I can get an update for you. I will let you know what I find out."
They never located the actual chair, so in August I cancelled the order - by phone, which they "forgot". I tried again by email, and have been back and forth ever since trying to get a refund - it's now the end of September, and instead of refunding the money, they say they are "looking into" it now.
"Unfortunately there is a process that we have to go through before we can issue a refund that usually takes 14-21 business days. I am looking into this for you. As soon as I find out any information I will forward that to you."
If a company takes money and doesn't provide the product or give a refund, it is theft!
I hope I save someone else from getting ripped off by Barstool Super Center.
Finally Came and BOOO
well, it FINALLY came...DAMAGED!! The corner was badly chipped, I don't belive it was FedEx....the box was well in tact.
I called, left a message, then filed a complaint with the BBB aka Businesses Buy our Benefits.
I know nothing will hhappen, so after taking this stuff out the box, with it sitting in my kitchen I decided to go ahead & put it together, cuz I really just don't have the time nor the energy to fool around with this company again....I heard the same reports as others did, so if you DON'T want to get your item in ANY time soon & want to be jerked around, go ahead and order from them..

OMG, really?! I ordered on 9-30-11, they were quick to take the money out of my account, now when I call in to check on status, since it still says "pending fulfillment" "Anne" says "it's ONLY been 7 days.." this is some... I was hoping it wouldn't be like this, I don't care how nicely you tell me "I have no idea when it'll be shipped, its probably going to take longer than we said, if you try to cancel you'll loose $10 on top of the 14 business days--and 8 weekend days to boot....." it's still GARBAGE!! I want my set!!!!
Barstoolsupercenter bad customer service
I ordered four barstools from barstoolsupercenter online, when they arrived saw that they were in about 50 pieces each had to be totally assembled, did not say on website, took about 4 hours each one to put together, wanted to return but would have had to pay shipping both way plus a ridiculous restocking charge which also didnt say on website. After finally getting all together, on the last barstool, the footrest didnt fit right so it's still not complete, another one is already falling apart, will never order online any product that doesnt have a customer reviews section.

the company has since folded, you will not be receiving any stools. They took money, never payed for the product, and if you payed with paypal you can win a paypal dispute.
