Brought my ring in to Barrys Jewellers to be fixed cost a lot of money to replace 2 diamond chips. 2-3 weeks later the diamonds fell out again.
Took it back and was told separate diamonds had fallen out when I know which diamonds were fixed. After the lady we dealt with was extremely rude she LIED first saying that their diamonds were bigger then denying that ever happened and saying that she knows the goldsmiths claw work and thats how she knew that their diamonds had not fallen out. In the end we were told the ring would be fixed for free.
Got a call today from the new management who was extremely rude as well telling us that the repair would be $100 after already getting a receipt saying that our total was $0! Never get anything fixed here they r a nightmare!
