BG Car Insurance No Customer Service

My insurance was running out. I received a better quote and asked them to match it. It was matched by 18p. I said I would get back to them. When I got back to them no body would answer the phone and when they did answer the phone they said that nobody was there to talk to me. The person that I spoke to said that she would get somebody to contact me the next day. I am still waiting to be contacted now. I asked to speak to a manager and nobody is available its seems funny that there is never a manager available when you need someone then to top it off they say the office is now closed so I will get them to call tomorrow. What a *** joke. They want your business but treat you like ***. Worst company ever never do business with them go elsewhere and save the hassle
