Bait and Switch and dishonesty
When I bought my Rogue in 2017 I was talked into buying a rust inhibitor module by the salesman. He said it would negatively charge the vehicle, making it impossible for rust to adhere.
I was skeptical, but he convinced me it would be better for the environment (no oil undercoating needed) and the integrity of my vehicle (no need to drill the holes to apply the undercoating) I paid $540 for what I thought was the module. Two years later, with rust appearing I went back to dealership to inquire. They said they needed to inspect module and I have invoice that lists "module inspection" among the items undertaken. Only upon taking my car to the collision centre to get a quote on the cost to repair the rust do I get told I don't actually have such a module.
I called dealership immediately and was hung up on. Went to dealership and spoke with service manager and another manager and was told my $540 wasn't for the module, but for an oil undercoating.
(Most expensive oil undercoating I've ever heard of) Absolutely no ownership on their part. If they did this to me, who else did they do it to?
Nissan Armada Platinum 2017
Bought this vehicle last year brand new from Nissan Dealer Barrie Ontario. From last 2 days tire pressure of front right side were dropping to 25psi.
Noticed big nail in between the tire .I took my vehicle to Barrie dealer and requested the service . I were told to book appointment and was given date 11 days after today.
So they advised me to drive on high-way for next 11 days with a big nail inside my tire. Any advice from any customer or Nissan dealer ?
