Consigned candy for November and December of 2012. Was told by the manager Elizabeth that I would be paid January 1, 2013.

She gave me excuses the whole month of January , that the owner Brian Roeder had not approved the checks. February 1, 2013 I again contacted her and was told that Brian decided not to pay the vendors until the end of february! Who wants to wait 2 months to be paid? Not me!

The amount exceeds $400. That is *** poor business practice! To add insult to injury- The owner Brian went on a 2 week trip! He can afford to go on a trip but not pay the vendors money that is by right theirs!

Shame on you Brian Roeder!!! Pay Us!

There were no excuses. We were unable to pay in the dead of winter.

She was paid in full 2 months and 14 days late. We communicated throughout with her. All consignees paid at that time - hers is only complaint. The vacation time she cites is irrelevant - we went home for our holiday with family on West Coast and these were the only 7 days the owners have taken off in 2013.

The amount in question was $412. I would not do business with this woman again.
