No refund

I asked barqs for a refund for a recent 12 zero sugar product as it was so bad I couldn't take more than 2 sips. Not sure if it was old or what. Tried to reach out and see if they would swap it for another one. I was politely told they don't do that. Guess they lost a customer.don't drink the zero version. It's awful

I purchased barqs zero and asked for a refund as the case 12pk I bought was old not drinkable. They refused to issue me a credit. Guess I won't be purchasing it in the future. It's a shame as I love.s

The product was so bad I couldn't drink it. I asked for a refund and they didn't comply. Barqs zero is a thumbs down. the store I bought it at refused to take it back. I called the manufacturer and they won't issue a refund either. sad days we live in. Guess you lost a longtime customer
