Everytime i called them they cancel it. And one more thing i placed and order more thn a month ago and they cancelled it by there selves and now telling me that u cancelled it. Unprofessional attitude

I need help
- - Bought 3 suits by mistake; wants to return one; no response to calls/messages; cost 13,000; exchanged for two; unopened one to be exchanged.
I bought 3 same suits 6 8 days before Eid but actually i was buying two but by mistake it happened to be three 3 i want to return this i called on your number so many times not even that i messaged on your official page in website and even called on 3 different numbers but no response its so much disappointment that a brand can actually do this please help me. The suit I bought was of 13,000 without delivery charges later when replied complaint on Instagram page I exchanged its with two suit and I will give extra amount remained from exchanged suit packed I
didn't even open that suit kindly exchange it as soon as possible

I have ordered on 2 feb and cancelled on 3 feb and they emailed me to send me credit voucher but its about 10 days that u didnt have any response. I emailed and messaged from many ways and they didnt take responsibility.
