Customer service sucks
My experience was the same I had lost my job and was like a payment behind they would not even work with me. They were terrible eventually getting building back the lock never worked and it had some damage on it and i didnt even get a discount the lady came out to fix the damage it was worse then before she had come.
Terrible deal when he delivered it he wanted to leave it on my driveway . When they picked it up he broke so much stuff it was bad and didnt care one bit.
They have terrible customer service. No one will even try to work with you.
