Sir: I purchased a Barnett Hyper Raptor a short while ago and I am basically quite happy
with the bow so far. The cocking system can be a little finicky and it is fairly easy to get the
cable tangled up inside but also fairly easy to untangle.
My only complaint at this point. I would
like to shoot the hyperflite with the lighted nock but feel 80.00 for 3 is a bit on the steep side. I just
talked with a lady at Barnett and inquired about lighted nocks to fit the regular Hyperflight arrows/bolts
and she informed me you had no such thing!!. She told me the nocks were 'built in' to the shaft; which I can't believe as the shaft must be extruded.
I find it hard to believe I could spend the money for the
lighted nocks and if I was to break a nock the rest of the arrow would be rendered useless, with no
possibility of installing a new lighted nock? Please help clear this up for me.

Purchased hyper raptor 410 with ccd last week 9/21/2023 and first time cocking it the device that clips to string
to *** bow broke in half after starting to crank it. I followed video on the operation and was fully clipped
in as instructed in video.

Horrible customer service
I will never order anything or own anything from barnett ever again. Or any of these companies.
Ordered a barnett crossbow and it came broken. I always heard and thought barnett was good. I looked up reviews of course and everything looked good so I bought the crossbow. Guess I didn't look up customer service reviews what a mistake.
The customer service is the worst I have ever delt with and I mean the worst. I have been on hold for 3 days now from 8am till 5pm before I got to leave for work. No one has answered the phone or called me back in 3 days. So I look up who owns the the company I need to go through for the warranty it says it was sold multiple times.
That either plano synergy. Pure fishing. GSM and some other company so I call that # and they said I got to get ahold of this company so I call them and they said this company and they say no this company and over and over it goes. No one owns the damn company I guess.
They had no problem taking my money but no one can help me I am pissed not to mention I have to register it in 10 days for the warranty to be valid. But no one can help me. It really gets to me that these big companies would take money from us the people and they won't keep up with their side of the deal with the warranty. SO BEWARE MY FELLOW OUTDOORSMAN.
AND DO NOT ORDER A THING OR GO THROUGH THESE COMPANIES UNLESS U WANT TO DEAL WITH THE SAME THING. FOR NOW ON I WILL CONTINUE WITH THE COMPANIES I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THROUGH CABELAS OR BASS PRO SHOP. AND THAT BEING SAID LET THE GAME BE GOOD THE FISH KEEP BIGHTING AND THE BEER STAY COLD.

I reached out to Barnett to see if they were potentially interested in someone field testing product for them and I never heard back from them. I would be okay with a simple No.
I am a big Barnett fan, I have an older Black cat recurve crossbow and a Barnett vortex compound bow. That is why I reached out to them.
I have always liked and trusted Barnett and I thought maybe we could work together. Thank you, have a good day.

Be cautious of how these scammers steal your valuable information, especially passwords. If you find out you're dealing through them, immediately change your passwords with the genuine company.

Item came damaged. Bad customer support!
Beware of this company!! As previous reviews state the customer service is the worst! My call to customer service was also "disconnected".
I bought a Shower Base and it came damaged as you can see in the attached photos.
I called Barnett customer service within ten minutes of receiving it and was told they had to do an investigation to see who was a fault and that it would take one to two weeks to do that. Their recommendation was to order another one from them and pay for it!
I chose this company because they advertise they are a Home Depot company.

Questionable Billing Practices
I wish that I had seen this comment earlier. I placed an order with them for two cases of air filters.
The total was over $99, so I thought that I would get the free shipping, and it showed that I was getting free shipping when the order was placed. When they processed my order, they split it into two orders (1 order for each case of filters) and charged me shipping on each order. Shipping was $10 on one of the orders and a little over $20 on the other order. So, I ended up paying around $30 of shipping for a $100 order.
These guys billing practices are questionable for sure. So much so, that I am considering filing a complaint with the FTC.
