Barnet and Southgate College

I lost my college certificate and I've been trying to order a replacement. My old college from 20 years ago said they don't hold records that far back and directed me to the examining board Pearsons.

I ordered and £80 to Pearsons for the replacement certificate only to be told they can't find me in their system. Pearsons suggested I contact the college for information like my student number to help with the search although I have already provided them my name, the name of the course,my date of birth, the year i completed the course and my address at the time of the examination. I have been trying to contact Barnet and Southgate college for the student number for a couple of months and to ask if they directed me to the right examining board in the first place but I have not been able to get a reply. No one answers the phone, when you leave a message as per their prompt no one ever gets back to me and I always the automated response that they aim to reply within 5 or 3 days...they dont reply to emails as well.

As for Pearsons they said since I can't be found in the system they will keep £60 and refund £20. I know I entitled to a replacement certificate but don't knowwhat else to do.
