Not sure with whom I am more dissapointed-HSA Home Warranty or Barker Services, LLC
- - Moved into a home with an HSA warranty, then a flood.
- - HSA sent Barker Services; they arrived promptly.
- - They charged $75 and focused on working sub-pumps.
Moved into a new home a month ago that included a HSA home warranty. Woke up 5-10-2019 to a basement full of water.
Our first call was to HSA who instructed us to call Barker Services. To their credit, they came down in a timely manner. Perhaps, we were naïve, but since we paid them $75 for their service, we expected an outcome that would tell us from where the water was coming. Instead, he centered his investigation on our sub-pumps, which again to his credit, he rightly determined were working.
Of course, that leaves us with a sizeable financial loss, an insurance decline, and most disappointing of all, no answer to the “flood.” Strangely enough, the water flow has stopped. The good news is Barker Services received their $75!
