I got a mobility bed from barker & stone house it had vibration mode and moved to help you up and down but the signals kept operating the wrong side of the bed the signals kept interfering and on one side the movement would stop or not work at all i was not happy as the enginier had said when instoling it it is faultted but we will sort it out for you when i rang they said tempa wonted there own person to inspect it it took 3 wks for him to come he agreed with the first enginier saying the controls and the signal box need replaced i said to him and the company i would like it replaced please as it cost 4 thousand pound i rang the office a lot the couldnt get a hold of tempa then they said the interferance with the signals is to be expected the ladys in the office were so nice the agreeded with us that it shouldnt be happening when i asked about the problems with the one side of the bed there respons was we are debating about that and would get back to me i was so angree i askedthem to take it back and refund my money they did arrange this and i must say the ladys in the offce were so helpfull and appoligised for tempa but it wasnt there fault i carnt believe a company so big could treat me this way and would not buy any of there products again and i would advise barker and stone house to stop selling there products to as it will give them a badreputation to
