Very dissatisfied with their customer service
- - Email to Bark be gone bounces; address doesn't exist.
- - Calls during business hours loop to a recording; trying to return the device but can't reach the company.
I have emailed the customer service at Bark be gone, and it bounces back saying it doesn't exist. I have tried calling during regular business hours and I get a recording that tells me to call back during regular business hours.
Furthermore, I was calling during regular business hours.
So how the heck is someone supposed to get a hold of this company. I want to return the device, but I have been trying for over a week to get a hold of this organization to no avail.

I returned their product as it was ineffective on my dog.I sent it by regeistered mail to ensure it was received.The only contact with this company is thru email.
I have sent numerous emails requesting my refund yet they still have not returned my money to me.I am currently owed a total of $131.87. As far as I am concerned this company is a scam!

Several times a day BarkBeGone spams Me. I Unsubscribed and email them to stop but they continue to harrass Me. I am a disabled senior citizen and want Bark Be Gone to leave Me alone.

Surprising charge appeared on 3/11/2020 for $29.00, no reason.
Customer service didn't respond. Disputed with BoA, still in LENGTHY process.
Watch out, fraudulent billing may occur.
