Poor customer service/ scam

This company is dangerous. They are out here scamming people. They force you to open a lead and then when you contact these people they say something other than what was described on the site. How do I waste about 37 credit just to call someone that said they needed about 3l2-4 guards 24/7 only to find out they just need 1 guard for specific days, and when I tried reaching the customer support the lady won't even let me finish explaining, right off the back she cut me shot,telling me they don't return credit. And when I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor,she won't put me through, and refuse to tell me her name. What a joke. I need my refund back @***.st@***.com

DO NOT use this scam company!!!!!

I started my subscription to this box approx. 3 weeks ago. In my choices I informed them that my 80lb pitbull was a super chewer and I would need tough toys!! They sent me a box with 3 substandard toys in which she destroyed ALL 3 in a matter of 48 hrs! I emailed them about this then they in turn informed me for $5 more I would get the box I needed, bait and switch? In their material that they sent they said that the boxes would ship out around the 16th-22th of each month, I just got an email today (12/12/19) which shorted my bank account because my work check does not go into my account till tonight, I tried to talk to a human but that feature seems to be unavailable!!!!!! Save your money, do not order ANYTHING from this company!!!!!!!

Resolved: Worst customer service

I had tried Barkbox a year ago and decided it wasn’t for us. A year later, somebody ordered a 12 month subscription under my account! Tried calling, emailing and texting and nobody responds!! Stay far away from this company!! Major scam artists!!

What a ripoff

Barkbox will not let you cancel a subscription even though their terms are very misleading. The terms lead you to believe you can cancel before the 3rd of the month but reality is you're locked in for 6 months or 1 year even though their boxes are ***. The treats are *** & the toys are ***. I canceled my credit card so good luck to them. I don't want anymore bark boxes. When they try to charge me next month they won't be able to do it. They got me this month but I got wise. Do not get bark boxes. They will rip you off & be rude when you point out their terms of service are misleading.
