Horrible Customer Service, Misleading Shipping Tactics, Overchg'd Shipping Fees
I had the worst experience in late October, early November with this Company & its Customer Service! They Claimed my order went out & charged $9.99 "Priority Shipping" for a bottle of vitamins!
I waited a week and when no movement, called and was informed I'd have to wait for the Company to FIRST file a claim with USPS! This would take a couple days!? Therefore I was put on hold and eventually ran out of Vitamins! I came to believe the order actually never actually shipped!
Eventually another Bottle of Vitamins were mailed after a week and a half of original order placement but NOT Priority! I came to learn that orders actually ship Ground Advantage, the Cheapest Rate available to companies, which provides automatic insurance up to $100 and packages are picked up by USPS! Shipping using Ground Advantage is 3-5 days delivery Nationwide! The whole "Priority" is misleading and couldn't be more infuriating!
Meanwhile, Customer Service has the worst "Get Rid Of 'Em" attitude! This DID occur last year ('23) but strangely today (Jan 10, 2024) an arbitrary piece of paper arrived in my mailbox with a red stamp from USPS that reads: "Found Loose In The ..." (Can't read the last word) on a shipping label from an address in Albany NY tied to 3 businesses ALL with Lousy reputations! BariatricPal, Nutrition & a third, all operating from 25 Corporate Cir, Ste 118. Needless to say, I've gone ANYWHERE but back to BariatricPal for my bariatric needs!
I forfeited any earned points (which translates to money off) but I will NEVER do business with this Company or their affiliates again! The Company had ZERO concerns for my health, my needs, my overall satisfaction! I get the satisfaction of deleting EVERY email advertisement or text advertisement (a Stop is going out on those next time) without a second glance! I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE I know!
In fact, I was provided BariatricPal's name by my Weight Loss & my Bariatric Dr's (2 different physicians) and have advised them both of the misleading wording within the shipping, the overcharged shipping on minimal orders, the absolutely subpar Customer Service & suggested they recommend any other Bariatric Retailer than ANY Company associated with BariatricPal or Nutrition! If you happen to read my review, do yourself a favor and seek a company who cares about their customers! Those Companies are out there! Then be loyal to them as long as they are loyal to you!
That's where your hard-earned money should go!
Be appreciated! This company doesn't appreciate you as a customer, so what will it matter if you direct your money elsewhere anyway?
