There is no phone number on the website lol.I had to make a Google search inquiry, finally found the number bud got a recording to go online to get help when online is where the problem is that Im having folks! So no orders from me. Also text corporate and let them know I sent an email three days ago that just got a response this morning.

I just purchased a 14 day Supply of Inspire Products, from BariatricEating.com. It cost over $130.00.
I thought this was a legitimate company with that name. It is not. They sell overpriced liquid protein and protein bars that are not good, as half my order is inedible. One is called "Beef Stroganoff Bone Broth".
There is NO beef in it! It also has so much sodium, that I cannot drink it. Not even healthy. Also purchased some "breakfast bars" that are inedible.
When I asked for an exchange, I was told to read the website return policy, for which I now discover there are NO returns. I have never heard of such a thing! You can't even call their customer service, because they do everything by email.
Terrible, terrible company that scams those desperate to lose weight. Keep away.

I was on an auto ship and needed to cancel it due to the fact that I needed to cancel my debit card. They charged the card that day and it went through.
They said that I had to cancel it three days before. It was shipped. I sent it back. They still will not refund it stating some bank law.
this is so bogus. I know I will never see the money but need to vent about it anyway.

I have never encountered another online retailer who has such a restrictive and expensive return policy. I have also emailed customer service with a question about a product that I previously purchased, and they did not respond to the email.
Yes, I have had a similar problem with bariatriceating.com -- they are difficult to communicate with and owe me several orders for which they took my money and never sent. Beware!!!
