I ordered 290 mugs that were 4-color silkscreen. They told me the pantone color I had speced out was going to be too dark, so they made me change it.

When I got the order, the new color was wrong and they will not fix the problem, stating that "it was within their color matching parameters. I had selected 2-sided on their website but my mugs showed up with only the right side printed.

And it took 6 weeks to receive them. I DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!

NoI ordered from this company and was told that it would take two weeks to produce my order and then it would ship. Not only did that not happen but even after I contacted the company and they gave me a new estimated shipping date that day also came and went.

Upon calling the company I was told that it is still in production and that they would have to get back to me. Its fair to say that I will never use them again because a bargain with no product is not a bargain.

This place needs to be reported to consumer affairs!

I placed a sizable order for an important event and was assurred that my order would be delivered by a certain date. It was a couple days before the event and I had not yet gotten any tracking info (odd for a UPS order) so I called to inquire.

I spoke with someone who referred to herself as the manager and she advised that I would be recieving my order on that date. When I explained that I needed it "by that date" not "on that date", she told me it would be $200.00 to overnight them if I wanted to get them in time. I expressed my dismay, especially since the website clearly states that orders are shipped generally 5-10 business days once order is received during normal production times. I ordered 15 days prior to the date I requested it to be delivered by.

The manager pretty much told me oh well, we're not going to cover your overnight delivery charge, it's your fault.

I would advise to avoid this joke of a business at all costs. I will be ordering through National Pen from now on, where the customer service is professional and I can depend on getting my order on time.

Worst customer service

DO NOT USE FOR CORPORATE!!!

Our firm does a lot of events, part of our sponsor package includes a personalized mug.

The shipping cost for our mugs was more than double the cost of products.

When approached about using a shipping label from another source they refused saying they do not accept other shipping.

When explained how much we would be purchasing per year (A LOT) and looking for a corporate rate to continue doing business with them, they refused.

Took our business to their competitors.

There wasn't even a I am sorry, let me try and find a solution, or even let me talk to my manager.

Ridiculously high shipping!!!!

This company charge me without providing a proof that is promised when you order. It has been several days and not a word from them.

They do not answer their phone and instead you get a never ending on hold message. They have a chat feature, but it is not clear that it is real as it just says they are all busy and to send an email. I sent an email to cancel my order and they did not respond. Instead when I checked my bank today, I see that they just charged my account.

This is no way to do business and now I seem to be out almost $300. This company just feels like a giant scam.

Square Logo Printed as a Trapezoid, Refused to Correct Mistake

After several emails and phone calls back and forth, this company refuses to correct their inability to print to industry standards. I submitted a square logo to be printed on a pint glass, received a proof showing the square logo, but the printed glasses had a trapezoid logo.

They claim this is due to the screen printing following the curvature of the glass, thereby resulting in a warped image. This is not industry standard, I have in hand a glass printed from one of their competitors and the square is the correct measurements. This is a small company with only one person providing support who refuses to change their position no matter the facts that are presented.

I have an email from them stating they are incapable of printing a non-warped image on a pint glass. They don't know how to compensate for the curvature of the glass when preparing the artwork to be printed, which is industry standard.

Poor print quality and wrong color

I just spent almost $300 on coffee mugs with my company logo on them. These mugs are to resell, so the print quality has to be good or they will be returned to me.

I received the proofs and they looked great so I gave the ok to proceed. When I received the mugs, the color of my logo was about 3-4 shades darker, and the logo wasn't centered. On the other side of the mug was another of my logos which had colors bleeding into each other and overlapping. I called customer service and was told to send photos and an e-mail.

After sending everything, I was sent an e-mail a couple of days later saying there was nothing they could do and it wasn't their fault because the fine print says there may be color bleeding and the colors may not be exact. I understand if the colors aren't exact, but they aren't even close. The return e-mail had no mention of why my logo wasn't centered.

I didn't get a sample made based on the quality of the proofs sent to me. Don't make the same mistake I did....always get a sample and/or make sure they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.

Poor product, poor customer service and they don't care.

Our 2 color glass design did not align correctly nor did it match the proofs they sent us. Bargain Mugs would not re-do the order nor would they refund our money.

Their response was "it's close enough" ... even though it was farther off than the 1/32" they state in small print is their limit. Please note their sites says the proofs will be exactly what you'll get. They are not.

Bargain Mugs refused to correct this small order (under $200). Now they've lost out on a lot of future business.

Terrible customer service. Never again will we make this mistake and I'm spreading the word.

BargainMugs.com does not come through

Just a few days before our wedding bargainmugs.com contacted us to tell us they would not be able to complete the order. This was a just days after they told us it was on its way.

They were unapologetic about the problem. They only option they would offer were glasses half the size and without any engraving (that was the whole point, these were supposed to be the gifts for the guest).

The even refused to put a manager on the phone. It was extremely frustrating but at least we got our money back.

Avoid bargainmugs.com at all costs.

I'm glad I'm reading your posts.

These guys take advantage of clients by marking up the freight, that's why you cannot use your own shipper.

Ask them to ship on your UPS or FedEx account, they won't.....follow the money & you'll know why....40% margins on all transportation

After being assured that my order would be ready and delivered a few days before the party they let me know that I could only get the mugs if I paid additional shipping of $350. They had me held hostage.

I order about 350 glasses per week so they will lose in the long run and I am finding a lot of time to post my reviews so hopefully some other people can avoid being ripped off by these crooks.
