Terrible Staff

This college starts out with a good idea - give high school students a way to get an early start in college. However, it is not done well.

The admissions staff are NOT nice or polite.

The woman I dealt with, Karen Advokaat, was incredibly rude and condescending. Where do you hire these people from? Are you looking to insult intelligent young people before they even begin college? So much laziness too.

What do you need to be a college admissions advisor? Basic manners? Actual customer service skills?

Politeness?? Or is that too much to ask?

Good Concept, Bad Execution, Horrible Staff

This college advertises that it is for young high school students who are motivated and eager to begin college early. It is a good concept if it was applied right. The Berkshire hills offer a great location as well.

However, the college is lacking, overpriced and not accelerated at all! It was a huge disappointment. They were more interested in getting your money than teaching you. I quickly transferred out to a REAL college, but I was disturbed by how they run things.

The staff in particular at the admissions office were awful. They were condescending and rude, and also not intelligent enough!!! You want to go to an accelerated school and you have to deal with rude ***

There was one woman in particular from Canada who just argued with everyone. A young woman was in tears because they would not let her take her class as her funding had not fully cleared. She was only 16 and had traveled a long way. I felt really bad to see that. They were heartless, incompetent and really should be thrown in a jail cell!

This is just profiteering, not education. Yet another scam in the Berkshires!
