I just purchased a waterslide for my son and it is leaking air and water
I just purchased the Aqua Sport Waterpark and it will not hold air or water. I tried to contact the company through toyinquiry.com; however, I am unable to submit a ticket.
There is no website to contact a live representative. I am very upset and frustrated as this was a birthday gift. This waterslide cost a lot of money and the customer service, or any kind of help, is very frustrating to say the least.
I would like to speak to a live representative from this company and have this repaired or replaced as soon as possible. The summer months are almost over here.

Just bought the splash water park and part of the product is split. Unable to submit a ticket for warranty and unable to find a number for customer service.
I went through this website to contact the company and was notified they received and read the email but chose not to respond.
I did reach out on my own to a specified email and received zero responses.
We have 3 disappointed young children now as we bought the last in stock at the store. :(
Shame on you, Banzai!

I order the bounce and slide as a gift for my grandsons birthday gift whi h we never recivied from a site on marketplace 2 sent me a emil wirh confirmation # but when i went back to see when it was arriving email was gone i tried contacting them and get no response hopefully i can get ansewrs here thanks..

Quality of slide
I have purchased 2 of you model 35076 Slide n Soak slides. The 1st one last over 6 yrs and was used ALOT.
The 2nd one hasn't last 2 yrs and has barely been used. The bottom lining leaks and the security loops have all come off.
Too expensive for such a short time of usage. I am requesting a replacement slide.

I have purchased 2 of model 35076 Slide n Soak waterslides. The first one lasted over 6 years and was used ALOT .
The second one lasted less than 2 years and was barely used.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! The fun of 2 season's use is not worth the cost.
