Treats staff badly

I've been to this yoga studio quite a few times. I've noticed that the owner treats her staff members badly, and it's obvious. Although the owner, Lynn, has many talented teachers, she prefers to teach more classes herself. I just figured out that she fired one of her most successful teachers and that seems suspicious. The quality of instruction is good, but with a few exceptions, class sizes are small which makes me think the business is not doing well. I will not be going there in the future. It really doesn't seem like there is a good vibe, especially with the owner.

Banyan Yoga and Ayurveda is being run by an inexperienced child!

How is it even possible that this young lady was apporved to run such a business? Lynn Roberts seems to be very non professional, even her staff profile page photo is not appropriate although this may be due to her young age so it is to be expected. I would not trust anyone that is a part of the staff that she has chosen because it is more than likely that these people were picked through a careless employer. This establishment should be shut down but I doubt that it will remain open for very long because it will be run down in no time due to poor management!

My name is Lynn Roberts, owner of Banyan Yoga and Ayurveda. This website, "Pissed Consumer" was created to complain about businesses, not people. "Centered Woman" seems to have a personal vendetta again me, not my business. I can personally guarantee that she has never been one of my clients, and never has been to my studio. ALL of my clients have returned after their first visit, and most have bought a long-term membership (i.e. Unlimited Monthly Pass).

"Centered Woman" seems to have a problem with young people owning businesses. I "seem to be very non professional" and my staff profile picture is "not appropriate". Well, since she has never visited my studio, never personally met me, and never contacted me with any comments or concerns, we can conclude that her post is not an accurate account of me as a person or my business.

Furthermore, it seems like the above comment on this post by annatpmea@***.com is right: "Centered Woman" may be be of my competitors who is immature enough to spread this article she wrote about ME all over the internet. Those people who write complaints like the one above are NOT centered people at all. Yoga is about Ahimsa (non-harming, Satya (truthfulness), Asteya (non-coveting), Brahmacharya (appropriate use of vital essence), AND

Aparigraha (absence of avarice). "Centered Woman's" post here does not contain any of these virtues of Yoga.

And as far as my teachers are concerned, they have much more experience than the typical yoga studio teacher. They are well trained and chosen to be part of the Banyan Yoga and Ayurveda Family.

To the person that wrote about Banyan Yoga and Ayurveda, You don't know what you talking about because I met this young lady and She's very sweet and kind & is very experienced in what she teaches. I've been at her Yoga Studio and I will return for more classes & Many of my New Friends enjoy taking her classes!

It sounds like you rather try a personal attack on this young lady then admit it that she maybe upsetting you because you do own a local yoga studio & your upset that She has a much better location then you have and perhaps your losing clients. As far as your thinking Her Business will fail... Think again!! Also, As far as Yoga is concerned..

Yoga is susposed to be a "Peaceful Way Of Life"! Since you have your own Yoga Studio , Then you should know that your not susposed to put Other Teachers down & You don't sound like a nice person to be teaching yoga!!
