If some good guys are out there who are looking for a better tommorow then do not join SRG or banyan and infact spread this message so that you will get good karma. Even brothels do a fair business if these guys just want to make money then they rather get into that business. But they need to make sure that the choot licker pundarika is not there. He is one of the waste of India but good that he landed in USA. I will also say labour dept is a sheer waste in the USA since they are part of the game not *** the *** out. Even they have to pay up the *** debt and account for all the balance sheets in the country Most of the Indian companies run sweat shops in the USA the so called place for best human rights another partner for this guy is Tek reliance he says there is no of h1's to work in USA just work illegally and he is allowed to run business in USA.

So our Dennis was working and earning big bugs. Big Bugs for Dennis means sleeping in companys guest house.
without doing any work and gathering Bed Bugs.
BTW if u where earning big money and thinking u are the boss of the company than u need to see a doctor. No one is boss in a company every one contributes and the company grows. U just cannot go and dictate. No matter wherever you work.
Even in large companies people work as a team.
If you try to dictate then thats no good. No matter what u earn or how badly the company needs you. Nobody is boss. Go to any company its same everywhere.
After u get laid off, you end up in forums and assume here u are the boss. No matter what you write or what you do. The company will continue to grow. If you have real proofs then take action.
There is no DOL case nor the company has closed down.
Check the DOL website or call up any DOL officer and ask him. We dont need to give a certificate of good standing to you.
I was never kicked out infact they wanted to retain me badly with no pay. I was earning big bugs for them but they are crooks and cheats.
As I have already told and if you understand english and not a typical desi guy. DOL has already taken action and now they have formed new company. I would advise you to read website and keep an unpdate on what is going on.
From what you write it seems you are a victim and not being able to sue them directly are instigating others. So you are the perfect person to work for banyan or other medicore desi companies in USA.
Dennis, you seem to be a kicked out employee. No company will do your GC just free. The company found that you are not capable so they terminated your employment. Your capability is evident from those bad mouthing.
If you have any proofs then go and take action. Feel free to take legal action dont wear bangles, be a man. Just hiding like rat and writing on websites. This is your quality.

I was a man so I complained then there were a lot of other complaints so they closed the old shop and opened a new one it won;t be before long they get caught and if are also a part of the trickery that they are running you will also count the bars. So all these fake companies will close down over a period of time. Why don't you guys get mature and trying doing some honest jobs.
I have worked here for more than 2 years now. I havent heard from DOL or any other department.
I get all my pay on time and till date I have got everything that was promised for. I regularly interact with the other staff members and also to the office admin Rita and she has been working for past 10 months and she havent heard of any DOL or any other department inquiring or auditing the company.

Go through reviews about companies. If you dare join these companies.
If you think you are a big shot see the reports in DOL.
That is why they have opened new companies with new names before their fraud has been exposed. So you be a man and review before you comment.
Hi Dennis or whovere you are, if you feel there is something wrong with the company. Feel free to sue or take any action.
Just hiding like a rat and writing on website is this yr quality. Be a Man if you have some proofs why not the take action sue the company, give complaint to the DOL or the govt agencies.
