No phone numbers to speak to support team

Trying to get help to itemize my report for taxes. Nobody to talk to, and they close at 4:00 PM Eastern time.

We live on the West Coast. I guess we are not important enough for this company to stay open an extra 3 hours. Insulting. Oh, by the way, no telephone number to talk to someone.

Terrible lack of customer service. I don't get it.

Impossible to use

I have used Banktivity for over ten years and loved it. However, I do not use it any more. Since the recent upgrades it is impossible to use and the support is negligible
