The website says shipping in 3-4 weeks for a cold air intake system. I am at 5 weeks with no confirmation when it will be shipped.
The second item boost tubes I am at 5 weeks with a guesstimate shipping in another 3 weeks but no confirmation. No emails have been sent with shipping dates for either items. I keep having to chase customer service down to get lame excuses and a simpleupdate. Seems like they are blaming other people for these issues.
No apologies nothing. Now I am getting nervous about the quality of their products with such lame excuses. How about throwing a bone for the failures?
