Banks Entertainment will ruin your wedding
- - DJ Jose refused to follow instructions and seemed unqualified.
- - He did the opposite of our requests.

We hired Banks Entertainment 7 months ago to DJ a wedding. They sent a DJ named Jose that refused to follow our instructions and did not appear to know what he was doing.
He completely ruined our entire event. Instead of doing what we asked, Jose did the exact opposite.. numerous times! After the fact, Keith Banks seemed empathetic at first, promising to get back to us, but refused further communication.
Mr. Banks even shared that he had previous complaints on this same DJ!
I checked, and he did nothing to prevent this from happening to someone else. I would never do business with him or this company again.
