At first, I won $540 at Bankrolla. There wasn't even a request to withdraw option. A few days later I go back and there's a withdrawal option. So I initiated the withdrawal. Of course, it was denied, but they wouldn't tell me why. That was a week ago. I played some more and right now I'm at approximately $300. When you message live support they keep telling me they have to forward the message to the appropriate department, and they will reach out to me. It's been over a week. They don't want to pay me what I won fair and square.
So after 3 weeks of being ignored and *** I figured I might as well bet max on the lowest rtp game and clear îmy account. And so I did.
A week later BankRolla messages me acting nonchalant and stupid to it all and asks me for my Driver's License again to begin processing my prize.
This is over a month later.
Not only did they not ever end up paying me, but the VIP points I accumulated with the tiers progress, they never credited me for. And their reason was because I'm not a depositing customer.
WHO WOULD DEPOSIT WITH THEM to begin with #1? #2, It doesn't matter that I didn't deposit. I climbed those tiers with the free 2$ SC they gave me when I signed up and they owe me that. It's not like I here and there attained that status. I did it with the sc i was given for registering and with the sc coins I won from it.
They're all nonchalant about it still and act like they're sorry and trying to act as if they aren't aware what they did.

This company is a scam. When I created the account, I had to send in documents to verify the account.

I sent the documents in and had my account verified almost immediately. Fast forward, I ended up 'winning' $150, but my redeem request kept being denied by the non-existent 'finance department,' who apparently couldn't verify my identity using the same documents that were used to verify my account initially. Over the course of one week, I was asked to send in numerous forms of identification, including a picture of myself holding my driver's license, a picture of the debit card I used to add money to the account, and even my birth certificate, as requested, in an effort to verify my identity again and collect the $150 I rightfully won. Needless to say, I never received the payout.

I requested the account be closed, and that's when they came back saying that if I sent my birth certificate in, they could approve my request, but after I sent that in, they emailed me saying that the 'finance dept' still denied my payout!!! Which is insane!!! Especially being that these same documents were used to verify my identity to open the account.

I ended up disputing all charges with my bank and was refunded the money I spent on this stupid site, and I also hired a lawyer who is working hard to make sure that I receive much more than $150 from this company when it's all said and done! 0/10 I don't recommend!!!
