This bank has screwed me more than once. The money is in my account and then they tell me my check bounced for a couple hundred when I have over 1000 in my account.
Overdrawn the account and then still said the check never cleared so it would be taken from the money I just got deposited. And when I call all they have to say is I don’t know??
Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is my life so you better know what’s going on with my money since it’s at your bank!

I waited for the total of 2 hours to speak with the security department. I waited one hour, and I was shocked and thought there is something wring.
So I hanged up and called again and talked to a customer service that they said there is nothing that they can do and I have to wait on the queue! and so I waited for another 1 hour! No one picked up so I hanged up the phone! They put a lock on my credit card because of a large transaction!
Without telling me! I was paying at a store and my card didnt work so I called and they said yes your card has a block and you need to speak with a security customer service! So anyways I gave up holding for 2 hours!!!
