- They got $500 from their boyfriend, think it's his help, fear jail, and ask BankFirst to stop it.

Hi my name is Sarah Parker and I had a checking account with your company and apparently there were checks cashed at your bank that apparently wasn't supposed to be cashed because account was closed and know your company is pressing charges on me for this but when I contacted the bank I was told I don't owe anything. I want this issue taken care of asap before I take legal matters against your company.
Preferred solution: Charges removed that are against me and compensate me for the time I spent in jail over this matter

This company called stating that I owed money from a credit card that I never had. They then threaten to take me to court.
When I asked for proof the guy got rude and nasty. I would never pay any money to someone unknown. They didn’t have any account number or information. The lawyer office is Joseph & Asso.
Again there should be a law against companies that threaten you.
When I went online to try to find the company they said I owe nothing came up and then he says that I have to just pay them. I am a hard working person that have taken great pride to keep things current and up to date so this needs to stopped

My husband got the same call, except they gave him a card number. I looked back in our record & we never had card or anything to do with this company.SCAM
