Never return calls
Ive been trying to get ahold of a Joe Calegro for months. Im pretty sure he doesnt exist and they are just giving me the run around.
Poor customer service felt mislead
As advertised in Facebook, mailers sent as a nurse practitioner assistance loan apply for a loan get your rate in as fast as 30 seconds ya well not so fast BHG! They rush you through the process then another person calls you and says oh Im sorry you werent approved we cant tell you why you will get a letter in the mail!
Seriously?? Ive worked with an account representative for like a week getting papers etc uploaded and sent and Im starting a new job in a couple weeks, this whole process was misleading promises and leads you to believe oh ya lets get you a loan get you out of debt at a better rate blah blah blah.... AND the person youve been working with for the past week doesnt have the professional courtesy to finish out the process! Look at another place for a loan this is a complete waste of time!
Do not recommend! I am very upset and disappointed at the outcome of this and will let my colleagues know

"we cant tell you why" And your point is what? Either they can't tell you because they don't have permission to see the reason or they don't want to waste time listening to your bleating and demand to "speak to a manager" who can't override your denial.
Wait for the letter and follow the instructions to pull a FREE (not one of those stupid credit monitoring deals). If it's credit-related, look for errors on your report. If there are no errors, deal with it.
You were turned down. I know, "you must work for them."
