There 20 customer in line and they have 3 tellers. I asked where all the tellers an they said at lunch.!!
In the past i was told teller work part time so why is there a lunch hour.. this is FRIDAY AFTERNOON, REALLY..i would not come to this bank but its my company back...i myself have tye credit union and even the bank manager eill eork a wondow if needed...

Every week I need to deposit money. And they often say they are offline.
The staff takes early lunches at around 11:30 am and comes back at 1 pm or longer. They are supposed to open at 7 yet they open at 8 and they are supposed to close at 7 but they close at 4pm

The two tellers at the front were rude at the st.albans location the manager was no help they even gave the person infront of me a hard time. I will never go back here the one in elmont helped me out.

This is the second time I cashed a check, in under one year, written to myself, from an outside payer. This time, at a separate branch, also in Niles, OH, cashed the check but deducted the funds from "my" personal checking account AGAIN! Fifteen minutes of waiting while cashiers stare at a screen with my banking card, paper check and photo ID in front of them and this happens...AGAIN? Unacceptable in today's times and technology! I don't have the luxury of charging a fee for such an error-though my funds are not available for six days!!! Now, what happens when my account overdrafts while I am waiting for "my" funds to be returned???
