Failed to receive replacement debit card.
I reported a lost debit card and requested a replacement be mailed. I was told it would take up to 5 days to receive.
I called express banking after waiting 8 days and was told that it was returned to them for some reason.
They could have notified me about problem. I will now go to the branch bank and get a new card or close my account.
Bank of Texas and Express banking are a joke.

Verified Reviewer |Fraud dept is not returning calls
I have been trying to reach the fraud dept of Bank of Texas for two months! Some woman named Christiana has a voicemail I keep getting there and she has yet to return my damn phone call!
I was a victim of a scam where someone posed as an employer attempting to transfer me my paycheck but it was flagged as fraud and my account locked.
I deposited sixty dollars of my own money in my bank before I realized this and now they wont give me my money back or close the account unless fraud unlocks it? I need help!!!

Ur ATM took my money and then denied the transaction and keep my money
I use one of ur atm at a qt this morning at it took my card and tried to issue money but then said denies but took the money out of my accy
Enroll in Mobile banking
Im having different with Enrolling in mobile banking. She advised that I delete the app and try again.
I told her I did that several times still no luck. Instead of trying to help me over the phone she advised I go into the bank or try on a computer verses my phone.
The conversation was rushed and this is my 2nd call to them for them and still no help. I was on hold waiting for 30 minutes guys for nothing
