Bank of Louisiana- HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! RUN!
- Tim O'Brien is described as incompetent and pushy.
- He asks for money for old charges and misquotes amounts.
- After payment, he said more money was due.
Tim O' Brien is the worst to deal with at Bank of Louisiana. He is very incompetent, continuously ask for money for charges that pops up from years ago and doesn't do home loans often so he doesn't have a clue how the process works.
He is very pushy with borrowers and gets extremely upset if they choose not to do business with his "preferred" title company. He asked for money several times over, not to cover closing costs, but to pay erroneous debt that he "discovered" over a decade ago. After we paid him the money, he came back a week or so later and said he misquoted the amount and we owed an additional $1,000 or we couldn't get our home loan.
Do not do business with this sham of a bank or the incompetent loan officer they have working for them. Do yourself a favor and RUN!
