Wired money did not reach recipient

The BOH (Raedeen Itamoto and Victoria alcayde) in Waipahu is not taking any responsibility nor allowing me to cancel the wired transaction nor issuing me the refund. Raedeen said she would call me this morning but I have not heard from her all morning. I asked for her supervisor's name and she was reluctant to give it to me. I insisted and finally she gave me Adam Morris' number and whom I called and found out he was in the Marketing Dept. I am not convinced Mr morris was her boss. This is so unprofessional.

User's recommendation: Bank somewhere else.

Minimal Customer Service

Only one bank in Kihei now, No Sunday banking as well. Customer Service number is at least 15 plus minutes to get to person on phone and the Call Back option is also very long. It seems that with the minimum overhead for bank sizes and minimal electricity you could afford to work on keeping customers happy. To top it off bank line was extremely long and ATM at bank is Out of Order !
