Minimal Customer Service

Only one bank in Kihei now, No Sunday banking as well. Customer Service number is at least 15 plus minutes to get to person on phone and the Call Back option is also very long. It seems that with the minimum overhead for bank sizes and minimal electricity you could afford to work on keeping customers happy. To top it off bank line was extremely long and ATM at bank is Out of Order !
