Bank Of America - I need my money now!!! You closed my account

My account was closed on 1/4. I was told they would mail me a check. It's my money so I don't understand why I couldn't go to the bank and withdraw it or get a check. Instead I have to wait for a check in the mail. My bills are all due. I can't afford to wait until it finally arrives. There must be a better way to do this but I don't believe Bank of America Cares one bit about people or their well being.

Bank Of America - Worst customer service

I made my credit card payment 2 days early and they dont want to listen to my explanation and just wanna take my hard earned $25 for the stupedest explanation that I paid too early and it went to my previous month payment! I understand I made a mistake but BoA wont let it go! I never missed any payment before always paid on time! Worst customer service

Bank Of America - A living nightmare

I logged into my mobile app on October 30 2017 and showed my balance of 15 later that afternoon I logged In again that afternoon and found that I had a negative 888,888 in my account. I then received an email saying that I had insufficient funds for a purchase I made for nearly 7.00 and I called and they stated it was due to a debit hold on my acct that overdrew my acct I inquired as to what would happen with my automatic deposit of my disability benefits and they stated I would be unable to access any of my funds. I now am on the *** of being evicted because I am unable to pay my rent and I have had two items returned unpaid

Bank Of America - It Depends on the location

The Bank of America on Camp Bowie Blvd. in Ft Worth Texas has been My ANSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE with Bank of America in 20+ Years. I was chsrged $35 overdraft fee over twenty-one cents! Initially when I went into the Banking center the Banker said He’d remove the charge. I had to call in to have Customer Service remove it. A week later I get charged another $35 overdraft fee over less than $5. I depositrd a Bank of America check in the evening itunes charged my sccount causing it ti overdraft (LESS THAN $5). The Banker Refused to waive the $35 fee. Said He couldn’t. I called into Customer Service she said she couldn’t because the Banker at the institution had already declined to waive the fee. THAT’S a Desperate move on the Banks part in My opinion. Or they SIMPLY DO NOT WANT MY BUSINESS. I Decided to close My account. They said they’d mail Me a Cashiers Check. Ha! Another DESPERATE Move... I gotta pay to get My money. I’m So DISAPPOINTED in Bank of America. I defended them for Years (15+) To Family And Friends who warrned Me about their Business Ethics. I’d Not experienced this kind of treatment from them before. I Believe it’s Management at the bank. Very Disappointed and Frustrated with B of A.

Bank Of America - Self-Serving Bank

Avoid like the plague! I found out recently I was being billed $12 a month since 2013 for an account they converted without notifying me. They deny not sending documents, as they would be in trouble with the Federal Government, but I received no such warnings. They called them "Legitimate charges" and would not back down, or refund me. The man helping me told me he could do the last month, but not the others while someone else told me he could try to refund up to a years worth. In the end, I got the last month back, but have been billed for the last few years...as if the bank couldn't afford to give me my money back for an honest mistake on THEIR part. Crooked, and disheartening. I've banked with Bank of America for more than 10 years, and it feels like breaking up with an abusive partner. Looking for a new bank!

Bank Of America - I JOINED ONLINE AND 1 MINUTE LATER THEY CANCELLED MY ACCT.

I joined this chicken *** Bank of America with $ 25.00 dollars ( thank god it was only 25.00 bucks !!! ) thru their online service ,,,,yesterday i received my debit card, I proceeded to call to have it activated and the card # would not work!!.. To find out that the acct. had been cancelled!!!....After calling their customer service, i was transferred from one phone line to another, until I gave up, and kid you not, i was there for around 20 minutes just trying to activate this *** acct....I got up this morning went to one of their branches, got there and there were 5 people in front of me.. and i was looking for the " sign up sheet", THERE WAS NONE!!... How the *** do these people know, whom to service next?? So much disorganization!! !!... Finally when i got to one of their monkey suited up individuals, he could not help me and gave me their risk management# to call...I came home steaming!!... call the number, I was told that many a times when you register a new acct online, for some reason it gets cancelled for lack of information... Mind you, i had already received 3 letters from them with my acct #, routing number, and my debit card!... What the fu!@#$%^ ????....Who the f!#%^&* is running this business???... The person on the other line said that they mailed me yesterday my $ 25.00, and that if i wanted i could go to a branch and open the acct AGAIN!............ LOL, I had to laugh!!!...., so the if there is a rating from 1 to 5,,, mines would be -0
