Bad news, this is 2026. Regardless of your personal situation, you must adapt and use the apps or website to get your balance.

A balance that you should know if you were keeping track of your money. Sooner or later, you will have to adapt or be left behind.

Fraudulent foreclosure — void judgment — federal law violations

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Foreclosure in 2009 used a void judgment under LaSalle Bank.
  • - Assignment signed by dissolved entities tied to DocX LLC; authority questioned.

In 2009, Bank of America foreclosed on my home using a void judgment entered in the name of LaSalle Bank, dead eleven months before the judgment. The assignment was signed by Aames Funding Corporation, dissolved 17 months before execution, confirmed by California and Florida government records.

The assignment was prepared by *** and ***, ***, connected to DocX LLC, whose founder, ***, was federally convicted and sentenced to 58 months for forging mortgage assignments nationwide. *** Loan Servicing admitted under oath they knowingly used dissolved *** for convenience, not legal authority. Bank of America and *** were discharged as unsecured creditors in federal bankruptcy court May 10, 2011, then signed a deed as secured trustee three months later, violating 11 USC Section 524. The FBI confirmed I reported this fraud May 9, 2009, four months before the void judgment.

I have filed 68 federal complaints.

No substantive response in 17 years. My son was 5 years old when his home was sold.

I sought credit repair services due to negative items on my credit report and multiple unauthorized inquiries impacting my credit score. After researching online, I contacted your company, drawn by its proximity to my home in ***.

During my initial conversation with Mr. Sukh, he assured me that he would assist in resolving my credit issues, and I was required to provide my driver's license and credit card information to initiate the process. Throughout our discussions, I explicitly confirmed multiple times that my credit card would not be charged without my consent. Mr.

*** repeatedly reassured me that no charges would be made until I had signed the PDF documents sent to me via email. I also informed him that I would be traveling for several hours and would not be reachable, stating that I would provide my credit card information again upon my return. Despite this, while my phone was in flight mode, I discovered that my credit card had been charged twice for $149.99 and once for $800 without my authorization. Upon noticing these charges, I promptly emailed Mr.

Sukh to express my desire to terminate any services and to request a refund. I emphasized that I had not signed the PDF documents and felt uncomfortable with the service. Instead of addressing my concerns, Mr. Sukh responded with threats, further escalating my discomfort.

I made it clear in writing that I wished to sever all business ties with your company and demanded a full refund. However, rather than returning my funds, your company fraudulently signed my name and withdrew additional amounts from my bank account. This experience has not only caused financial loss but has also severely impacted my trust in credit repair services. I expect a prompt investigation into this matter and a full refund of the unauthorized charges made to my credit card.

I also urge you to review your internal processes to prevent such fraudulent activities from occurring in the future. I have an email proof that this credit repair company said they would return the money back to my account, but I am very surprised to say my Bank of America credit department is supporting this credit repair company, saying that you can keep the money, you don’t have to return it, and denying my claim.

Can you believe how stupid these people are? They are my credit card company, instead of protecting their own customer, they’re protecting a third party.

Clarksville Md Branch is the worse.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - 20-minute wait at Clarksville Md; no change.
  • - One clerk for four in line.
  • - The reviewer notes branch closures and long-time customer status.

I understand what it is to be a new employee. However, I waited at the Clarksville, MD branch for 20 minutes.

Then at the counter, I was told she doesn't have change, quarters, nickels, dimes, etc. And only one clerk, four of us standing in line. Is it that you do not want our business anymore? I have been with you for 49 years.

You closed the Kings Contrivance branch as well as the Owen Brown branch.

This is an unacceptable way to run a banking business.

Totally agree but Bank of America seems to be cutting expenses to save money at the customer's expense. A shame.

Is the bank also laying off employees and going automation/AI to save money?

My hold time to speak to a live rep/human, which is who I want, is now about 1 hour! Just awful, and a disservice to both the bank's loyal employees and customers.

I predict Bank of America will be acquired by a bigger, better bank and will be no more after the acquiring company dismisses the bad employees and policies.

I am a long time, loyal customer. I did not realize that *** was a federal holiday and thus needed to wire money into my BOA account to avoid a fee.

The company wiring in the funds did not charge me for the outbound wire fee, waiving it as a goodwill gesture, but BOA did although it was an inbound wire to them so they get the money.

*** would not waive the minimal fee, or even deduct it if I bought something from the company, so I will do less business with them, stop recommending the company, and look around for another bank that is customer friendly. Close your account as you stated and don't ever look back or regret it.BOA used to be good but not any longer.

When I looked at my bank account and my checking said Zero I hit the roof and had to transfer funds from savings as I have to pay an attorney almost a grand today for the will he has prepared for me and I will pick it up today. I would NEVER RECOMMENT THEM FOR ANYTHING.

Denied access to online account

AI Highlights
  • - POA granted, but the bank won’t provide online access to the account.

Bank Of America - Denied access to online account

I recently became the POA (Power of Attorney) for my elderly, disabled sister. I took the documentation to BofA and was put on her account as POA and given checks with my name on them as POA.

However, my sister has been in hospice since March (it is now the end of May), is on oxygen, is only functioning on about 25% of her heart, and does not have the mental capacity to remember her online banking sign in information. She had a car accident and her pocketbook and wallet have been missing since that time. Her phone service has been turned off and none of her recovery information is accurate. BofA absolutely refuses to give me access to her online account, so I cannot see what money comes in or goes out of the account.

I also cannot provide the financial details to Medicaid to maintain her residence at the nursing facility. I may have to risk her life to take her to a branch office to accomplish this.

If your name is on the account and the checks, what is stopping you from physically sitting down with a bank employee to get statement printouts?

The bank wants to save money by not having customers use live employees so they can let them go and save money steering customers to automated systems even if they do not know how to use it or do not want to do that., imo.

Multiple charges of same amount from Walmart

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - BOA validated the $138+ charge; Walmart submitted it 11x and the rep reversed.
  • - Customer advised to reorder on the geo data site by 5/23; rep explained.

The multiple charges came about when I responded to a BOA request to verify a charge of $138+ which was suspicious. .

I verified that it was a valid charge. I went back to the Walmart site to add to my order, but Walmart would not process it. It was not until I checked my BOA account, that I saw Walmart submitted original charge 11 times because [PERSON_NAME] rejected the the charge. When I spoke to a BOA rep, I was informed of what Walmart was tryying to do and [PERSON_NAME] rejected the charge.

I also learned that [PERSON_NAME] reversed all the charges. I was also told I could go back to [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] site and reorder the orinal items.

I will wait until 5/23 to do this.

The rep was very helpful in explaining what was going on which out my mind at ease.

Pros:
  • Are helpful in explaining issues found
Cons:
  • Clarification on what your response to their suspicious charges request

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Don't try to add items after an initial purchas; make sure you respond to BOA email requests; check your bank account soon after you make purchases; make sure you read emails from merchants.
