Can't find FEES schedule
- - No info on minimum balances before a fee is charged.
- - I spent a long time searching FAQs and the Summary Of Fees and Definitions.
Spent a lot of time online searching thru their FAQs with no satisfaction so I spent a lot of time searching thru their 'Summary Of Fees and Definitions' and NEVER found anything about required minimum balances in checking OR savings before a FEE is charged.
There is no excuse for that - BAD customer information

- - No tellers were available at Central Ave branch.
- - I waited five minutes with no acknowledgment, and there was no line.
I walked into the branch on Central Ave near San Mateo and there were no tellers at the teller booths. There were however two women employees at the office across from the lobby.
I waited for approx., Five minutes and no teller yet so I walked towards the lobby and tried to get the attention of the two women but to no avail. I then said hello , loud enough for someone to hear me, at that point one of the women comes charging at me very upset that I had got their attention. She told me I had to wait in line. First off, there was NO line.
Normally when I enter a business, no matter how busy they are, they will acknowledge your presence. NO this business.

- - I have been with them for five years.
- - They charge a $35 overdraft fee, often unclear why.

I am really dissapointed with this *** bank, i been with them for 5 years, they charge you $35 dls of overdraft fee when sometimes you dont know why or how. I had to close the acc.
They dont treat you like profesionalisms, dont want to make a deal, work with you, zero courtesy. I dont recommend this institution for nothing of the world.
Presented a check for deposited only, but was still charge a $110.00 fee
- - I deposited a $1000 check on Oct 19 and received a deposit receipt.
- - Six weeks later I was charged a $121 fee; the fee was not reversed after complaints.
on october 19, I presented a check for $1000.00 at my bank for deposited only. then I given deposited receipt, and was told that it will take about a month to clear.
After 6 weeks I got a mail from the bank saying that check was clear but their is a fee of $ 121.00 which I think is totally unfair, since I already have an account with the bank. I complaint the teller, manager,and even to bank reginal manger but was unable to get the fee reversed.
Now I'm left no other choise but to pay that rediculous fee.
