- - Canceled items haven't been reimbursed yet.
- - The overdraft charge hasn't been removed.
- - Notify me before withdrawals when funds are low.
I canceled the items that I ordered and haven't been reimbursed yet and the overdraft hasn't been taking off and I shouldn't have 2 pay the overdraft fee they should let me know when when not to take money out of my account if I don't have it in there thank you
Preferred solution: Full refund
Small banks can be worse than the big ones!!
- - An ACH payment posted Wednesday night, overdrafting the account and incurring a $36 fee; bank blamed a car loan software update for same-day posting.
See I made an ACH payment for my car payment on Wednesday and like a Christmas miracle it posted Wednesday night about 24 hours BEFORE my direct deposit will be made available and it overdrafted my account. That's right less than 12 hours later the payment posted.
(every other time I've used ACH for this car payment it has taken no less than 3 full business days after I make the payment) When I went to the Bank they said "of course we'll pay it but there's going to be a $36 overdraft fee".
When I asked how this processed the same business day instead of the normal 4 days she said "well your car loan company must have updated their software" TOTAL BS!! Going back to Wells Fargo...
- That it was a small bank and seemed to be personable
- That they would not reverse the overdraft
- Excessive overdraft fee caused by a very unusual situation
